Welcome to the richer sounds usuability report, This report will be carried out in order to identify any usability issues that may be present to the users of richer sounds.com

This will be done through several test stages including the expert review containing the cognitive walk through and heuristic evaluation, guerrilla testing and A/b testing.

The average target user is a 20-40 Male, This site is aimed at people that have an interest in high quality technology including professional products for the music industry.

There are multiple primary tasks that a user is most likely to carry out using the richer sounds site, these include:

-browsing online products
– choosing a product they wish to buy and having the option for method of delivery or collection.
– Use of online purchasing facility.

Users can access the richer sound site on their mobiles, tablet or desktop.
